PLAY		MUSIC FOR THE PEOPLE - YOLK - (OMH001)	DOWNLOAD
			Undoubtably one of the anthems of anthems. Totally mad mash up style, chops and change every few bars creates a tune with bags of energy. Massive piano break and female screaming voice bring it all to a head, the tune also contains mentasm type hoover rip. Another rarish tune, not easy to get hold of - although there is rumour of an official repress coming very soon.

			What a magic tune. Its hardcore but its smooth, lovely, laid back, mellow yet hard a real genius tune IMO. Original a techno tune on the O2 label this is remix by SL2 brings the US tune over the water to UK's shores hardcore style. Probably the best tune by SL2 by far, played everywhere in 1992, but not that cained these days given the panache for churning out same piano anthems over and over again - shame :(

	PLAY		PARADISE PROJECT - DJ JINX - MUSIC MADNESS (MM003)	DOWNLOAD
			Maybe the biggest tune of 1992 - dunno there are so many tunes to choose from. "Lift your voice up to the sky vocal" with male "paradise" layered over top at times. There aren't any words to describe how fucking brilliant this tune is really. Heavy and hard in places and then floating away with dreamy pianos at the breakdown - that is the hardcore forumlae - blow your brains away then chill ya at the breakdown.

	PLAY		ANTOLOGY - ANTHILL MOB - ANTHILL (ANT2T)	DOWNLOAD
			2nd in the series of 3 Anthill records EP's. This one probably shades it just as the best given its got the Best Tune from the 1st EP (Hooded Claw) remix and the original of Black Rushin - the best tune from the 3rd EP. The audio here is the Antology tune only on this EP and its one of the tunes of 1992 - one that sends ripples and shivers down my spine even when I hear it now - this is what hardcore is all about.

	PLAY		JESSICA'S JAW - BASS SELECTIVE - LSD (DJOR002)	DOWNLOAD
			Most people probably know about Blow Out part 2 from Bass Selective but Jessica's Jaw is equaly as good. You'll know it from the "Dance by the speaker till you hear it blow" chipmunk vocal. Dreamy mellow tune in parts with wicked piano riffs then later a heavier riff kicks in and the tunes goes mental with several riffs layered over each other so your brain can't quite keep up decoding exactly whats going on.

			The great debate "Nicholas Parsons", "People are Passing", "People are Starving". For all the non-UK peeps Nicholas Parsons was amongst other things a presenter on a 1970's gameshow here in the UK. All sorts of madness in this tune - great fun to see people jumping around to this one shouting "Nicholas Parsons" - "vrrrrmmmm", or even better to be one of them :)

	PLAY		PERSUIT THRU THE DARKNESS - LEMON D (PDJ002)	DOWNLOAD
			Top notch and much sought after lesser known 1992 tune. Played loads back in the day but sadly a bit forgotton these days at the events - probably overlooked cause its not on a major label. The tune has a fat fat bassline ruffin tings up, loads of mood and vibe, another quite dark tune for 1992. Some wicked etchings on the middle if your lucky enough to find a copy.

	PLAY		DANCE FACTOR - ELLIS DEE (LSD003)	DOWNLOAD
			Everything you'd expect from an Ellis Dee tune - absolutely wicked. This one is ruff as hell on a really heavy almost dark tip unusual for 1992. The tune oozes originality, doesn't really sound like anything else out there. Again you'd die of old age waiting for anyone to play this one out these days which really does take the piss - why are we abused and mistreated so cruely by the DJ's and promoters?

	PLAY		CAT GOT YOUR TONGUE - TOM&JERRY (SHELL003)	DOWNLOAD
			Produced by the guys from reinforced label the early Tom & Jerry's are a real flavour of the late 1992 scene. Personally these kick the arse of anything that was officially released on the parent label. This one is a mega ruff tune to put hairs on your chest, mad hoovery mentasm riff breaking down into a really sweet mellow bit in the middle. A real DJ Moody if there is one :)

	PLAY		ENERGISER4 - ? (DP4)	DOWNLOAD
			4th in the sample-mania Energiser series and probably one of the best. This is the one with the mad horn track mash up that sounds like some serious DJ skills in effect - hence why quite a few people like to stick it in their mixes. Been meaning for a long time to sit down and ID the tracks sampled in this one - listening right now I can tell ya the "Living in a Fantasy" comes from "Fantasy" - Bass Balastics - on J4M.
